Reportei lets you manage reports and track key metrics for your business or clients in one place. This guide introduces its main features.
First, create a project: the client, brand, or company whose reports and dashboards you want to generate. Enter its name, language, and text-formatting settings for reports.
Then connect its accounts across social platforms and other channels.

Reports
Reports let you view and customize data for a selected period. You can reorder platforms and metrics, add analyses and comments, or include manual metrics with external project information. A report is a snapshot of a period, helping you communicate results and plan strategy.

Dashboards
In a dashboard, you can change the analysis dates without generating a new one. It includes the same metrics and editing options as a report, but is dynamic: both you and a client using its shareable link can change the analysis and comparison periods. Keeping a dashboard for each client makes ongoing monitoring easier.

Timeline
A business’s marketing has a history. Use milestones in the Marketing Timeline to tell the story of your project or client.
Record reports, goals achieved, campaign launches, or decisions that may affect the project. You can add milestones manually. Supported plans also let you save number metrics from reports or dashboards and automatically record Control goal results when a period ends.
A report’s snapshot may not explain all the work and context behind the results. The Timeline shows those actions together so the client can understand the bigger picture. =D
You can also use the Timeline internally to keep colleagues informed about each stage, even when they are not directly involved in the project.

Automation
Automations save time by generating and sending reports automatically to clients or analysts, or simply maintaining a data history you can consult later.
Configure the frequency, time, analysis period, and notification delivery method.
