I generated a report, but an error appears. What do I do?

Our reports are generated quickly. When it takes much longer than normal, it is likely that some network is not returning the data correctly. It may happen that the token expires for some reason (password change, some configuration change or even a social network update). In this case, the API will not return any updated data.

Usually this is resolved with the reintegration of the social network. To check your integrations and make a reintegration, if necessary, just click on your client, then go to “+ Integrations”. From this page you will be able to remove the integrated accounts and reconnect them. After that, try generating a new report.
