The Zapier website is one of the most popular automation tools in the market. It allows you to connect different apps and create automated workflows called Zaps without needing to write a single line of code. And yes, Reportei is now available on Zapier 🎉

What is Zapier
Zapier connects thousands of online tools and allows you to create automations between them. Each automation is composed of

- Action the task that will be automatically performed after the trigger is fired
Where to find Reportei on Zapier
Unlike the traditional integrations of Reportei, Zapier does not appear on our integrations screen.
To start using
- Visit the Zapier website
- Create a new Zap
- Search for Reportei at the app selection stage
- Choose the desired trigger or action
On which plan is Zapier available
Zapier is available for all Reportei plans However, the availability of actions and triggers depends on your subscribed plan.
📌 Example
Users on the Starter plan will not be able to use the action Create milestones on the Timeline because this feature is not included in the plan. Attempting to execute it will cause the API to return an error.

How to connect your Reportei account to Zapier
For the automation to work, you need to generate and enter a API Token from Reportei
- Access your Reportei account
- Go to Settings > API Tokens
- Click on Generate new token
- Copy the generated token
- In Zapier, paste this token in the field requested during the connection with Reportei
And that’s it! Your account will be connected and ready to use in automations.
