In addition to having the main account, you (as a freelancer, agency or manager) can add other professionals so that they can collaborate with the management of one or several clients/projects in Reportei.
Each member of the Reportei Team Member has its own login and password, which simplifies both the access and storage of information that is the responsibility, specifically, of the director, analyst or freelancer.
Each company has a main Reportei account that makes it possible to verify all this information, send invitations for new analysts to access the platform and exclude access to those who are no longer part of the team.
To invite a new user, go to main page “My Clients” and click “Manage Team”:
Once that’s done, you’ll go to the page where you can invite and manage the users who have access to your Reportei account. To invite a person to your team just add the email and click to “Invite”.
It will open a tab where you can choose which clients this user will have access to. You have the option to provide access to all clients, or just choose a few:
**For now, only the main account can create new clients and invite new users to access the account. Team members do not have this permission. Thus, if you need access to any client, you must contact the administrator.
