In Flux it is possible to sort the posts in the approval group in the way that makes the most sense for your workflow, either by the scheduled date, creation date, or manually by dragging the posts in the order you prefer. This configuration also determines how posts appear to reviewers in the shared approval link.
Where to find the sorting option
Within an approval group, at the top of the screen, the information appears Sorted by By clicking on Edit you see the available options and can change them at any time.

Available sorting methods
You can organize the group posts in three ways
- Scheduled date organizes the posts according to the date and time for which they are scheduled. Posts without a defined scheduled date are listed at the end.
- Creation date organizes the posts according to the date they were created in Flux. This is the default option.
- Manual allows you to drag and drop the posts in the order you prefer without relying on dates.
Besides the sorting criterion, it is also possible to choose between ascending order and descending order.

How sorting affects the approval link
The order defined within the group is the same as displayed in the approval link shared with reviewers. It’s not possible to maintain one order in the group and a different one in the link.
Therefore, when saving a new order, Flux displays a confirmation warning that the change will also be applied to the reviewers’ view before you confirm the change.

Attention: not all group posts appear in the link.
Some posts may be in the approval group but not appear in the link shared with reviewers depending on the status.
- Draft has not yet been sent for approval.
- Published the publication has already been made.
- Scheduled without approval appears on the card only with the status Scheduled, without the review, adjustment request, or approval icon.
- Approved no longer appears to the reviewer who has already approved but may continue to be visible to other reviewers who have not yet assessed the post.
Therefore, the quantity and position of posts visible in the link may be different from those displayed within the group.
