Some RD Station Marketing metrics are built from webhook events, such as conversion and opportunity events. Reportei collects these events after the account is connected; they do not include an earlier event history.
Use a period after connection when analyzing those metrics, and keep the integration active. A gap in collection can leave missing values that a later reconnection does not recover.
This does not apply to every RD Station API metric. Email and related asset analytics have their own historical limits. For example, RD Station Pro has a 45-day email-analytics query window, while Advanced supports older available data.
