Probably the Google Analytics report came with blank graphs, because Demographic data collection is not enabled.
Sign in to your Google Analytics account, click Audience > Demographics (as in the image below) and click to Enable. So Google Analytics will start collecting this information, and in future reports you will be able to analyze this data.
