These options have recently been made available on Reportei Flux and this article explains how you can use them on a daily basis
Now when adding an image during post creation, the process has become much more flexible
- If the media is outside the selected network’s standard, the system will display an alert;
- In this alert, you can choose how to solve the issue crop or resize the image
The objective is to provide more autonomy for you to adjust your media directly in the Flux without needing external tools
How to crop an image in Reportei Flux
When choosing the Crop you can manually select which part of the image you want to keep
In the cropping modal, you can
- Adjust the framing of the image
- View exactly how it will look
- Ensure that the crop respects the proportions required by the selected social network.
After confirmation only the selected area will be used in the publication
Important
For now, the cropping option only appears when the image is outside the proportions required by the network It is not yet possible to freely crop images in the Flux when they are already within the standard
How to resize an image in Reportei Flux
When choosing the Resize the adjustment is made automatically by the Flux
In this case
- The system adapts the image to fit the dimensions required by the social network;
- You do not need to manually choose the area of the image
- Before confirming, you can view a preview of how the image will look after the adjustment
This option is ideal when you want agility and do not need to define a specific framing
Can I undo the crop or resize
The original guide describes the restore option as an upcoming improvement. Check whether it is available in your account before relying on it.
Soon, when clicking on Restore default media:
- All applied edits will be discarded, cropping, resizing, etc.
- The edited media will be replaced by the original versions exactly as you added them initially
Keep the original files so you can upload them again if the restore option is not available.

- No image is blocked at the time of upload for being out of standard
