We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your membership, all you need to do:
To cancel your Reportei subscription, you must go to the upper right menu, where you have the email / name, go to the option “My Plan“. At the bottom of the page you will have a button to “Cancel account”.
If you cancel with time left in your billing period, we’ll let you stream until the account cancels automatically.
NOTE: This is the only method to cancel your account and end your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the Reportei account does not cancel your subscription.
We are always working to improve Reportei, so please contact us before you cancel so that we can understand and resolve the potential issues that led you to give up using the tool. We believe this feedback makes us grow with our customers! =)
