FAQ and troubleshooting
I can’t find “Developer” in ActiveCampaign
In general, the option is under Settings → Developer. If it doesn’t appear, it may be due to user permissions within the account. Try accessing it with an admin user.
Authentication error / integration won’t connect
- Make sure you copied the URL and key exactly as shown in the “API Access” section.
- Check that there are no extra spaces at the beginning/end when pasting.
- Ensure the URL matches your account (the URL may vary depending on the ActiveCampaign instance/server).
Data shows as “zero” in the report
Some accounts may have low volume of campaigns/deals for the selected period. Try:
- changing the report period (e.g., last 90 days)
- confirming that there is data in ActiveCampaign for that timeframe
