To delete your account, go to the top menu and click on the “Privacy” page. On this page there is the option to export your data or “Remove account”, as shown in the image below. But beware: all information and reports will be deleted!
**If you are a customer it’s important to cancel the subscription before deleting. To cancel go to the upper right menu, on the option “My plan” you will have a cancel button. Please always let us know the reason for the cancellation so that we can resolve any issues you may have had with Reportei.
