Content organization
Title and categories in every Flux post
Keep the internal reference and classification of each piece of content right inside Flux, the same way you already organize it outside.
Both fields are optional and don't show up on social networks, only inside Flux.
Why this exists
Many clients plan content outside Flux, in a spreadsheet, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello. In those tools, each post already has a name or a category, because it passes through several people before it gets published: the social media manager, the designer, support.
Once the content was added to Flux, those references were lost. Now they stay saved together with the post.
How it works
Add the title
When creating or editing the post, give it an internal name.
Choose the categories
Up to 3 per post, like Educational, Institutional, or Promotional.
Check them whenever you want
Both fields show up in the Post details modal.
Categories belong to each project
Each project has its own list of categories, so every client organizes things the way that makes sense for them. You can create or edit categories right from the project's edit page.
Before you use it
- Title and categories are optional.
- Neither one gets published on social networks, they stay inside Flux only.
- The external approver can't see this information yet when approving.
More organization to create, approve, and publish.
Frequently asked questions
Can the client approving the post see the title or category?
Not yet. Today this information only shows to whoever accesses Flux, in the post details modal.
Can a post have more than 3 categories?
Not in this version. The limit is 3 categories per post.
Are categories the same across all projects?
No. Each project has its own category list, editable from the project's edit page.
Do title and categories show up in the published post?
No. Both stay inside Flux only, in the post details modal.
