2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

By signing up for Reportei, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies and terms that may be posted on our website.

3. PAYMENT

The use of Reportei is subject to a fee, which may vary depending on the plan chosen by the user. Prices and available plans are detailed on the website. Reportei Plans

The user must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information, including credit card number and expiration date, as well as any changes to their payment information, through the account settings panel. By providing payment information, the user authorizes Reportei and its payment service providers to charge the applicable fee through the chosen payment method.

The fee will be charged in advance, and the user will be charged again at the beginning of each billing period. If payment is not received in a timely manner, the user’s account may be suspended or canceled, and the user may lose access to their content and information. Reportei reserves the right to modify service fees, plans, and payment terms at any time, upon prior notice to the user via the website or email. The user is responsible for all fees, taxes, and other costs related to the use of Reportei. The service fee does not include value-added tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes, which will be added to the total charge as required by law.

4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Reportei does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the data provided by data providers. Reportei will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the service or the information provided by data providers

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Reportei owns all intellectual property rights related to the service, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user under this agreement

6. TERMINATION

The user may cancel their subscription at any time. Reportei may also terminate this agreement at any time if the user violates any term of this contract. In case of termination, the user will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

7. CHANGES

Reportei reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Such changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. The user is responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms of Service to be aware of such changes.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the service or these Terms of Service shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the city of Juiz de Fora, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.

9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

The account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further fees will be charged. There will be no refunds or credits for previously paid fees. Reportei reserves the right to cancel or suspend a user’s account at any time, without prior notice, if the user violates Reportei’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. If a user’s account is canceled or suspended for any reason, the user will lose access to their content and information.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Reportei and all its content, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, sounds, images, software, and code, are the property of Reportei or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The user may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of Reportei unless expressly authorized in writing by Reportei.

11. YOUTUBE

Reportei uses YouTube API services to generate reports and dashboards for YouTube channels. Therefore, by using Reportei, you agree to be bound by those terms. YouTube Terms of Service and to Google Privacy Policy

If you wish to revoke your Google accounts from Reportei, you must access the Google Security Settings.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will Reportei be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the service or the information provided by the data providers, even if Reportei has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Reportei is provided “as is” and “as available.” Reportei makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent that such warranties cannot be legally excluded. Reportei does not warrant that the use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
