This is the English translation of Reportei’s Privacy Policy, originally written in Portuguese. In case of any discrepancy between the versions, the Portuguese version prevails.<\/em><\/p>

01. Introduction<\/h2>

Protecting your privacy is a commitment of REPORTEI. We want you to know how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect information about you. By accessing this website, interacting with us and\/or contracting our solution(s) and services, you agree to the Processing of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.<\/p>

02. Definitions<\/h2>
  • Processing agents:<\/strong> the controller and the processor;<\/li>
  • Anonymization:<\/strong> use of reasonable technical means available at the time of Processing, through which data loses the possibility of being associated, directly or indirectly, with an individual;<\/li>
  • Controller:<\/strong> natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data;<\/li>
  • Personal Data:<\/strong> any information related to an identified natural person, or information that allows their identification, such as name, address, Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF), identity card (RG), identity documents in general and telephone number, among others;<\/li>
  • Sensitive Personal Data:<\/strong> personal data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a trade union or of a religious, philosophical or political organization, data concerning health or sex life, and genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person;<\/li>
  • Processor:<\/strong> natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;<\/li>
  • Data Subject:<\/strong> the natural person to whom the Personal Data being processed refers. Examples are our customers, prospective customers, employees and prospective employees;<\/li>
  • Processing:<\/strong> any operation performed with Personal Data, such as collection, production, receipt, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, filing, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of the information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.<\/li><\/ul>

    03. Who is the controller of my personal data?<\/h2>

    REPORTEI DADOS, TECNOLOGIA E SOLU\u00c7\u00d5ES PARA INTERNET LTDA, Brazilian corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ) No. 27.133.918\/0001-65 (\u00abREPORTEI\u00bb), is the CONTROLLER of the Personal Data collected and processed when you access our website, interact with us and\/or contract our solution(s) and services.<\/p>

    04. Data Protection Officer<\/h2>

    Pursuant to article 41 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), REPORTEI has appointed Luiz Aguiar, of Intelecto Solutions, as its Data Protection Officer (DPO), who acts as the communication channel between REPORTEI, data subjects and the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).<\/p>

    05. What data is collected and where does it come from?<\/h2>

    All data you actively provide to us or that we collect is considered confidential. We are committed to adopting all technical and administrative measures capable of protecting your Personal Data, observing, for example, the security standard guidelines established in the applicable legislation.<\/p>

    When you access our website and\/or use our solution(s) and services, different information is collected, which basically falls into three categories:<\/p>

    Data provided by the Data Subject.<\/strong> This is the information you provide when interacting with us, whether to learn about the features of our solution(s) and services, contract them, run trials, ask questions, receive newsletters, sign up for the affiliate program or take part in our recruitment processes, among other forms of interaction. Depending on the purpose of collection, this information includes: name, email, Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF), telephone, address, identity document, company name, Brazilian corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ), financial data, and relevant information from your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 such as education, professional experience and behavioral profile.<\/p>

    You are solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided to REPORTEI, as well as for any damage resulting from inaccurate and\/or outdated information.<\/p>

    You are responsible for any Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through our solution(s), and you confirm that you have the authorization of such third parties to provide this data to REPORTEI.<\/p>

    Data collected automatically.<\/strong> This is the information collected when you browse our website and\/or use our solution(s) and services, such as: the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, login, email address, password and the location of your device or computer; metrics of devices in use, application usage, connectivity data and any errors or failure events; REPORTEI service metrics (for example, technical errors, your interactions with service features and content, your configuration preferences and backup information); your interactions with our emails, text messages and messages sent through communication channels; details of your interactions with our chat, such as the date, time and reason for contact, the chat transcript and, in the case of calls, your telephone number and call recordings; and data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy), web beacons and other technologies, including advertising data (such as data on the availability and delivery of ads, the website URL, and the date and time).<\/p>

    Data from other sources.<\/strong> This is the information REPORTEI collects from third-party partner companies, suppliers and service providers, protected in accordance with the practices set out in this Privacy Policy and with the restrictions imposed by the data source. These sources include: (i) service providers that help us identify a location based on your IP address in order to customize our service and for other purposes compatible with this Privacy Policy; (ii) security service providers that provide us with data to protect our systems, prevent fraud and help us protect the security of accounts and transactions; (iii) payment service providers that provide us with payment data or updates to such data based on their relationship with you; (iv) online and offline data providers, from which we obtain aggregated demographic data, interest-based data and data related to online advertising; and (v) publicly available sources, such as publications made available to the public on social media platforms and public databases that associate IP addresses with Internet service providers (ISPs).<\/p>

    06. Sensitive personal data<\/h2>

    REPORTEI does not process Sensitive Personal Data when collecting data from prospective customers and customers. In certain recruitment processes, sensitive personal data may be collected. In these cases, we will inform the Data Subject and request their consent for the processing of sensitive personal data.<\/p>

    07. Children and adolescents<\/h2>

    We recognize the particular importance of protecting the privacy of children and adolescents. We do not intend to collect, sell or request personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. Our solution(s) and services are not directed at children. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the website or through any of its features. If you believe that a child under 18 may have provided us with Personal Data, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us at privacidade@reportei.com.<\/p>

    08. Purposes of processing<\/h2>

    We process the Personal Data collected in strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709\/2018) and for legitimate and specific purposes, including:<\/p>

    • Enabling the use of our solution(s);<\/li>
    • Providing and managing our services;<\/li>
    • Processing your registration and transactions;<\/li>
    • Responding to your requests, questions and complaints;<\/li>
    • Notifying you of any changes to the features of our solution(s) and services;<\/li>
    • Improving and developing our solution(s) and services;<\/li>
    • Enabling your participation in our recruitment processes;<\/li>
    • Personalizing and adapting your experience on our website;<\/li>
    • Detecting, preventing and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks and technical problems that may harm REPORTEI, our customers or others;<\/li>
    • Exercising the right of defense in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings;<\/li>
    • Complying with decisions of administrative or judicial authorities;<\/li>
    • Conducting satisfaction surveys;<\/li>
    • Analyzing data to improve the usability, experience and interactivity of our solution(s) and\/or our website;<\/li>
    • Making offers and\/or providing recommendations better suited to your needs or interests, including through marketing campaigns or simulations;<\/li>
    • Conducting communication and relationship marketing research to improve our solution(s) and services.<\/li><\/ul>

      In most cases, the Processing of your Personal Data is based on our legitimate interests related to the use of our solution(s) and\/or the provision of services requested by you (or otherwise in your customer relationship with us), or on your consent, when requested.<\/p>

      We may also ask for your consent to process Personal Data for a specific purpose that we will communicate to you. When you agree to the processing of your Personal Data for a specific purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time.<\/p>

      09. Processing of data of data subjects in the European Union (GDPR)<\/h2>

      For data subjects located in the European Economic Area (EEA), REPORTEI processes Personal Data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016\/679), on the following legal bases:<\/p>

      10. California consumer rights (CCPA\/CPRA)<\/h2>

      For residents of the State of California (USA), the rights provided for in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) apply.<\/p>

      Categories of personal information collected:<\/strong> identifiers (name, email, Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF)); internet or other electronic network activity information; commercial information (transaction history); approximate geolocation data (via IP); and communication data (interactions with support).<\/p>

      Rights of California consumers:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used;<\/li>
      • Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;<\/li>
      • Right to correct inaccurate personal information;<\/li>
      • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;<\/li>
      • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.<\/li><\/ul>

        REPORTEI does not sell personal information of California consumers to third parties. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacidade@reportei.com.<\/p>

        11. Data transfer and sharing<\/h2>

        Any sharing of information is done strictly to the extent necessary and following strict security and confidentiality standards, in compliance with privacy protection laws and regulations, always respecting, and ensuring that third parties respect, the confidentiality of your information and this Privacy Policy. We may share your information with third-party service providers and\/or partners, such as:<\/p>

        • Suppliers, subcontractors and\/or business partners, for the proper performance of our services. For example, professional consultants, data analysis providers, and IT consultants performing testing and development work on our business technology systems;<\/li>
        • Companies that offer solutions to assist us in the employee recruitment process;<\/li>
        • Companies responsible for detecting, preventing or addressing illegal or suspicious activities and technical or security issues, as required or permitted by law;<\/li>
        • Advertising and marketing partner companies, to select and deliver ads relevant to you, as authorized.<\/li><\/ul>

          We do not authorize these companies to use or disclose your Personal Data except for the specific purpose of providing the services contracted by REPORTEI (which include the maintenance and improvement of our services).<\/p>

          We may also share your Personal Data with tax, judicial or administrative authorities to comply with applicable legislation and\/or with orders and determinations issued by them.<\/p>

          In the event of any reorganization, restructuring, merger, sale or transfer of assets, the transfer of data by REPORTEI will be necessary for the continuity of the solution(s) and services offered, and the receiving party will undertake to respect your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.<\/p>

          12. Transfer of personal data outside Brazil and sub-processors<\/h2>

          To ensure the proper provision of our services, we use domestic and international suppliers, listed in the table below. Some of them are based or store data outside Brazil, which involves the transfer of your Personal Data to other countries.<\/p>

          Regardless of where your information is processed, we will ensure that data is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as permitted by the applicable data protection legislation, and that appropriate contractual, technical and organizational measures are observed to ensure greater security for your Personal Data.           This list may be updated periodically. We recommend that you review this Policy regularly to stay informed about which sub-processors we use.<\/p>

          For international data transfers, we adopt appropriate contractual and technical safeguards, including, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms recognized by the applicable data protection legislation, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by Brazilian and European legislation.<\/p>

          13. Information security<\/h2>

          Once we collect your information, we will use strict procedures and the best security and technology resources to protect your Personal Data against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and alteration, such as data encryption, data access control and firewalls. However, despite our continuous efforts, you should be aware that it is impossible to guarantee 100% protection. Using our solution(s) and services under these conditions is your personal decision. It is important that you protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices and applications. Make sure to sign out whenever you finish using a shared computer. If we detect a serious security threat that warrants notification, you will be notified and guided on the steps needed to stay safe.<\/p>

          14. Security incident notification<\/h2>

          In accordance with article 48 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709\/2018, LGPD), REPORTEI undertakes to notify the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and the affected data subjects, within 3 (three) business days of becoming aware of the incident, pursuant to ANPD Resolution CD\/ANPD No. 15\/2024, of security incidents that may pose a relevant risk or harm to data subjects. The notification will contain, at a minimum, a description of the nature of the affected data, information on the data subjects involved, the technical and security measures used to protect the data, the risks related to the incident, the reasons for any delay (if notification is not immediate) and the measures that have been or will be adopted to reverse or mitigate the effects of the harm.<\/p>

          15. How long is my personal data kept?<\/h2>

          Your Personal Data will be kept by REPORTEI, in accordance with applicable legislation, for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this Policy, or to comply with applicable legal requirements. Once the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected has been achieved, or if the Personal Data is no longer necessary to achieve that purpose, it will be deleted within the scope and technical limits of the activities, with retention authorized in the cases provided for in applicable legislation. Your Personal Data will also be deleted upon a decision by a competent authority.<\/p>

          We reserve the right to anonymize the Personal Data collected and to use such data for analytical purposes. We will only use data outside the scope of this Privacy Policy after it has been properly Anonymized.<\/p>

          In general, Personal Data is kept for as long as your account exists on the platform. Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or your data, which allows reactivation. Permanent deletion is carried out at your request, through the Privacy area of the platform or by email at privacidade@reportei.com. After deletion, only data whose retention is required by applicable tax and accounting legislation, or necessary for the regular exercise of rights in any litigation, is kept. Data processed on the basis of consent will be deleted when consent is withdrawn, except in the cases of retention provided for by law.<\/p>

          You can obtain more details about the retention of your Personal Data through the communication channels set out in this Policy, including requesting its deletion at any time.<\/p>

          16. What are my rights as a data subject?<\/h2>

          You may contact us at any time to:<\/p>

          • Confirm whether your Personal Data is being processed;<\/li>
          • Obtain information on how to access your Personal Data;<\/li>
          • Correct, or request the correction of, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data (just as you provided your data to REPORTEI, you may correct or update it);<\/li>
          • Obtain information on the Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or of data processed in breach of the LGPD;<\/li>
          • Obtain information on the portability of your Personal Data to another service provider, upon express request;<\/li>
          • Request the deletion of data processed with your consent, except in cases of legal retention and others provided for by law;<\/li>
          • Obtain information on the public and private entities with which REPORTEI has shared your data;<\/li>
          • Obtain information on the possibility of not giving your consent and on the consequences of refusing;<\/li>
          • Withdraw your consent to the Processing of your Personal Data, except in the cases provided for in applicable legislation;<\/li>
          • Exercise other data subject rights under applicable legislation.<\/li><\/ul>

            Data subjects located in the European Union (GDPR) additionally have the following rights: restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR); objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR); data portability in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR); and withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR).<\/p>

            To exercise any of the rights above, or to set your preferences regarding the Processing and use of some of your Personal Data by REPORTEI, you can contact our Privacy Channel at privacidade@reportei.com. For security reasons, we can only fulfill your request once we are certain of your identity. We may therefore request additional data or information to confirm the identity and authenticity of the requester.<\/p>

            17. When does this privacy policy not apply?<\/h2>

            The REPORTEI website may contain links to websites or services of other companies and organizations. Under no circumstances will this Privacy Policy apply to any solution and\/or service other than those provided by us.<\/p>

            Please read the privacy policies of each third-party website or service you visit or use. REPORTEI is not responsible for any violation of Data Subjects’ privacy rights committed by such websites.<\/p>

            18. YouTube and Google<\/h2>

            Reportei uses the YouTube API Services to generate reports and dashboards for YouTube channels. Therefore, by using Reportei, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Reportei will collect YouTube data from your channel based on the metrics you add to your reports and dashboards. This data belongs to you and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except with the suppliers that process it to run the features you use, such as artificial intelligence features (section 21). If you wish to revoke Reportei’s access to your Google accounts, go to Google’s Security Settings. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact us by email at privacidade@reportei.com.<\/p>

            19. Reportei Sync and Google APIs<\/h2>

            We value your privacy. Reportei Sync’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For more details, please see the Google API Services User Data Policy.<\/p>

            20. Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration<\/h2>

            When you connect Reportei to an artificial intelligence assistant (such as ChatGPT) through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, the following practices apply:<\/p>

            • Data collected:<\/strong> OAuth access tokens issued during authentication; query parameters sent by the AI assistant (such as project identifiers, date ranges and metric identifiers); and marketing metrics data retrieved from your connected account.<\/li>
            • Purpose:<\/strong> to allow authorized AI assistants to read and interact with your Reportei account data on your behalf.<\/li>
            • Recipients:<\/strong> no data is shared with third parties. All requests are processed between your AI client, Reportei’s servers and the marketing platforms connected to your account (previously authorized by you within Reportei).<\/li>
            • Retention:<\/strong> OAuth tokens remain active until you revoke them. Other data collected while using the integration is kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of the integration and deleted when no longer necessary, subject to the general retention criteria set out in the section \u00abHow long is my personal data kept?\u00bb.<\/li>
            • User controls:<\/strong> you can revoke MCP access at any time in your Reportei account settings, under API Tokens. Revoking the token immediately disconnects any AI assistant using it.<\/li>
            • Data minimization:<\/strong> the MCP integration collects only the data strictly necessary to perform the requested function. No raw location data, full conversation history, access credentials, health information, payment card data or other sensitive or restricted data is collected.<\/li><\/ul>

              21. Artificial intelligence features<\/h2>

              Some platform features, such as the Reportei chat and automated analyses, use third-party artificial intelligence models. When you use these features, the data needed to generate the response, such as the metrics of the accounts and tools you have connected to Reportei (for example, Google Ads, Meta Ads or Google Analytics), is sent to the artificial intelligence provider that processes the request.<\/p>

              The artificial intelligence providers used by REPORTEI are OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Meta and xAI, all contracted under paid plans in which the data sent is not used to train these providers’ models. Data is shared only to the extent necessary to run the requested feature.<\/p>

              These providers may process data outside Brazil, subject to the safeguards described in section 12. Data obtained through Google APIs also follows, in this use, the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.<\/p>

              22. What are my marketing choices?<\/h2>

              You may consent to your Personal Data being used by REPORTEI to promote our solution(s) and services through checkboxes located on registration forms. If you decide you no longer wish to receive such communications, you can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in those communications.<\/p>

              To unsubscribe from marketing communications sent through any channel, including third-party social networks, you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing through the links available in our communications.<\/p>

              Please note that, even after unsubscribing from our marketing communications, you will continue to receive important administrative communications from REPORTEI related to your activities on our website.<\/p>

              23. Questions about your privacy at REPORTEI?<\/h2>
