Want to record important Reportei Timeline milestones automatically whenever a sale is made or a subscription is created in Hotmart? Pluga lets you set up this automation in a few minutes without writing code.<\/p>\n\n\n

This automation is useful for digital creators, course sellers, and marketing teams that want a visual history of product sales and key events in Reportei reports and dashboards.<\/p>\n\n\n

Before you start<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Make sure you have active accounts with Pluga<\/a>, Reportei<\/a>, and Hotmart<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

You need a Reportei API<\/strong> access token, your Hotmart API credentials (Client ID and Client Secret)<\/strong>, and a configured Reportei project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step by step<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

1. Open <\/strong>Pluga<\/strong><\/a> and click “Sign in”, or “Sign up” if this is your first visit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

2. Select the tools<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

On Pluga\u2019s home page, click “Create automation”<\/strong>. Choose Hotmart<\/strong> as the source tool and select a trigger:<\/p>\n\n\n

Sale approved<\/strong>: each approved Hotmart sale<\/p>\n\n\n

Sale completed<\/strong>: each completed Hotmart sale<\/p>\n\n\n

Subscription created<\/strong>: when a Hotmart subscription is created<\/p>\n\n\n

Cart abandoned<\/strong>: each abandoned Hotmart cart<\/p>\n\n\n

For this example, choose “Sale approved”<\/strong> to record a milestone when a sale is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n

3. Connect your Hotmart account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Sign in to your Hotmart account.<\/p>\n\n\n

4. Configure your Hotmart account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Add the webhook URL generated by your automation to the Hotmart dashboard. If you need help finding your credentials, click “See the step-by-step guide to finding your access keys”<\/strong> in Pluga. Paste the credentials into the fields provided and click “Connect new account”.<\/p>\n\n\n

5. Apply filters if needed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Use filters to add milestones only in specific situations, such as when a sale exceeds a particular amount or a certain product is sold.<\/p>\n\n\n

6. Select the destination tool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Select Reportei<\/strong> as the destination tool and choose an action:<\/p>\n\n\n

Add milestone to Timeline<\/strong>: creates a new Reportei Timeline milestone<\/p>\n\n\n

Create report<\/strong>: creates a new Reportei report<\/p>\n\n\n

Create dashboard<\/strong>: creates a new Reportei dashboard. For this example, choose “Add milestone to Timeline”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

7. Connect your Reportei account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

You need the API access token from your Reportei account. If you need help finding it, click “See the step-by-step guide to finding your access keys”<\/strong> in Pluga. Paste the token into the field provided and click “Connect new account”.<\/p>\n\n\n

8. Configure the Reportei options<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Select the project whose Timeline should receive the milestone. The project must already be configured in Reportei.<\/p>\n\n\n

9. Customize the automation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Map Hotmart fields to the corresponding Reportei milestone fields. The sale\u2019s information will then become part of the Timeline entry.<\/p>\n\n\n
