Want to create a Reportei report automatically whenever you add or update a Google Sheets row? Pluga lets you configure this automation in a few minutes without writing code.<\/p>\n\n\n

This automation is useful for marketing teams and agencies managing multiple projects that need to generate consistent reports quickly from their tracking spreadsheets.<\/p>\n\n\n

Before you start<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n
Make sure you have active accounts with Pluga<\/a>, Reportei<\/a>, and Google Sheets<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n
For this integration, you need:<\/p>\n\n\n

A Reportei API access token (instructions below)<\/li>\n\n\n

Step by step<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n1. Open <\/strong>Pluga<\/strong><\/a> and click “Sign in”, or “Sign up” if this is your first visit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

2. Select the tools<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
On Pluga\u2019s home page, click “Create automation”<\/strong>. Choose Google Sheets<\/strong> as the source tool and select a trigger:<\/p>\n\n\n
New row added<\/strong>: when a new Google Sheets row is created<\/p>\n\n\n
Each row created\/updated<\/strong>: whenever a row is created or updated<\/p>\n\n\n
For this example, choose “Each row created\/updated”<\/strong> to capture both new rows and updates.<\/p>\n\n\n

3. Connect your Google Sheets account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Select the project and its connected integration for the report. You can also choose a predefined template to structure it automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n

9. Customize the automation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
Map spreadsheet columns to the corresponding Reportei fields. Spreadsheet values determine report settings, such as the analysis period, title, and subtitle. The report\u2019s actual performance data comes from integrations already connected to your Reportei project, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n
You can map these fields:<\/p>\n\n\n

Analysis start (required): the column containing the start date of the analysis period<\/li>\n\n\n
Analysis end (required): the column containing the end date of the analysis period<\/li>\n\n\n
Comparison period start (optional): the column containing the comparison start date<\/li>\n\n\n
Comparison period end (optional): the column containing the comparison end date<\/li>\n\n\n
Title (optional): customize the report title using a column value<\/li>\n\n\n
Subtitle (optional): customize the report subtitle using a column value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
Important: you can use “Fill fields with AI” to map fields automatically, but always review the suggested mapping for accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n

10. Finish the automation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n
On the confirmation screen, click “Finish automation”<\/strong>. Choose “Connect new tool” to add further actions, such as a Slack notification or an entry in another spreadsheet.<\/p>\n\n\n
