Reportei has policies for plan cancellations, refunds, and alternatives to refunds. The main rules are explained below, including the provisions described in our Brazilian terms.<\/p>\n\n\n

Canceling a plan<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

To cancel a Reportei plan:<\/p>\n\n\n

1. Open the top-right menu showing your name or email.<\/li>\n\n\n
2. Click “My plan”.<\/li>\n\n\n
3. Select the cancellation button at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

   We always appreciate hearing why you are canceling so we can improve Reportei. =)<\/p>\n\n\n

   Refund requests and eligibility<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

   \n
   • Cooling-off period:<\/strong> under Brazil\u2019s Consumer Protection Code, you may request a full refund within 7 days of subscribing to the plan.<\/li>\n\n\n
   • Refund restrictions:<\/strong> requests made after<\/strong> 7 days, or cases involving misuse such as repeated subscriptions and cancellations, may be denied, particularly if the service has already been used.<\/li>\n\n\n
   • Prorated refund restrictions:<\/strong> canceling before the end of a paid period does not<\/strong> entitle you to a prorated refund under this policy. Plans are committed for the selected subscription period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

     Refund processing times<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

     After canceling and requesting a refund, payment processors Stripe and Asaas estimate 5\u201310 business days for the amount to appear on your card.<\/p>\n\n\n

     Alternatives to a refund<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

     If the same person or company has another active account, the following options may be available:<\/p>\n\n\n

     1. Cancel the account that will no longer be used immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n
     2. Convert the remaining paid days into credit on the active account, extending its plan or providing a renewal discount, depending on the case.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
