Reportei Studio<\/strong> is a new way to create reports and presentations in Reportei using artificial intelligence. Unlike a traditional report, Studio lets you describe what you need, then AI builds the complete presentation\u2014its structure, text, and charts\u2014using data from the accounts connected to your project.<\/p>\n\n\n

How to create a Studio<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

You can create a Studio directly within a project. When creating it, choose:<\/p>\n\n\n

• your analysis period<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n
• the presentation format<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n
• the accounts<\/strong> you want to include.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

  Studio uses the same data available in traditional Reportei reports.<\/p>\n\n\n

  Two presentation formats<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

  <\/p>\n\n\n

  • Single page<\/strong>: one continuous, scrollable page, similar to a web report.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • Multi-slide<\/strong>: a presentation divided into slides, particularly useful for performance reviews and client presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    Create and edit through conversation<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n

    You build the entire presentation through chat. You can request changes such as:<\/p>\n\n\n

    • changing colors and visual style;<\/li>\n\n\n
    • adding or removing information;<\/li>\n\n\n
    • changing charts;<\/li>\n\n\n
    • reorganizing sections;<\/li>\n\n\n
    • editing text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

      Targeted changes are applied only where needed, without regenerating the entire Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n

      You can also ask questions about the data directly in the chat. In that case, the assistant answers your question without changing the presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n

      Custom visual identity<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n

      Each Studio receives a visual identity when it is created, including colors, typography, component styles, and content layout.<\/p>\n\n\n

      You can also set preferences through chat\u2014for example, ask for a particular color palette or a different presentation style. These preferences are retained when you make further changes.<\/p>\n\n\n

      Changing the analysis period<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n

      After creating a Studio, you can change the analysis period without rebuilding the presentation. Its data, charts, and tables update to the new period while its design and structure are preserved.<\/p>\n\n\n

      Publishing and sharing<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n

      While you are editing it, your Studio is a draft. Publishing creates a version you can share through:<\/p>\n\n\n

      • a public link;<\/li>\n\n\n
      • an embed on other websites or portals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        <\/p>\n\n\n

        Changes you make later in the editor do not automatically affect the shared version. The public content is updated only when you publish again.<\/p>\n\n\n

        Usage limits<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

        Reportei Studio is available to all customers on a trial basis, with a monthly usage limit. This limit is shared with other Reportei AI features, such as Chat AI and the AI Assistant on WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n
