Flux now supports dynamic variables in post captions<\/strong>. You can create a standard caption containing variable information, such as a phone number, city, branch name, WhatsApp link, or address, and the system automatically replaces those values for each project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The feature is designed especially for franchises and businesses with multiple locations<\/strong>, but is available to all users. It reduces repetitive work, speeds up content production, and helps prevent manual errors when personalizing repeated captions.<\/p>\n\n\n

How to configure variables<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

You can create variables in Account settings, Project settings, or the variable selector when writing a post caption.<\/p>\n\n\n

Here is how each option works:<\/p>\n\n\n

Account settings:<\/strong> create and edit variables for several projects at once. This is the only<\/strong> place where you can delete<\/strong> a variable.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

How does the “Variables” option work in the caption editor?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n

The caption editor includes a \u201cVariables\u201d<\/strong> button for inserting available variables into your text.<\/p>\n\n\n

This option appears in both the global description<\/strong> and the description for a specific platform or format<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n

When you select a variable, it is inserted into the caption in the corresponding format. The system replaces it automatically in the preview<\/strong> and when scheduling across multiple projects<\/a> (another new feature!).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Example:<\/strong> a user writes this caption: \u201cVisit our branch in [city]! Book by calling [phone].\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n
