How to configure it:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

- When creating or editing an automation, select WhatsApp<\/strong> as the delivery method.<\/li>\n\n\n
- Enter the phone number, including its area code, in the field provided. You can add up to 3 numbers per automation<\/strong>, separated by commas.<\/li>\n\n\n
- When the automation runs, Reportei automatically sends the message to the configured contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

What recipients receive depends on the automation type:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

- Report automation:<\/strong> Reportei automatically generates a report and sends a message with a link to view it<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
- Summary automation:<\/strong> Reportei sends a summary of the project\u2019s results<\/strong> directly in the conversation, using the metrics configured in the automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
Stopping notifications:<\/strong> these messages include a “Cancel notification”<\/strong> option. Using it stops all<\/strong> Reportei automation notifications sent to that contact through WhatsApp, not just messages from that particular automation.<\/p>\n\n\n

This option uses an external automation tool, such as Zapier, Make, or n8n. It is useful for custom workflows, integrations with other tools, or cases where you want to control the automation outside Reportei.<\/p>\n\n\n

You define the message and delivery format (Text<\/strong> or JSON<\/strong>), then enter the webhook URL<\/strong> from your automation tool. That tool receives the data and performs the configured action, such as sending a message through the WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or another connector.<\/p>\n\n\n

- In Reportei, paste the URL into the “Integration link” field.<\/li>\n\n\n
- Send a test message so Zapier can receive the data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
Then configure the remaining Zap steps to fit your workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n
