Why charts need at least one dimension<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n
Charts represent comparisons between periods, categories, campaigns, channels, etc. For this comparison to be possible, it’s necessary to have something that groups or distributes the values,<\/strong> and that’s exactly what a dimension<\/strong> does.

Without a dimension, there’s no way to organize the data in the chart.<\/strong><\/p>\n
A chart needs to answer questions like<\/p>\n

How the metric varies over time,<\/em><\/li>\n
What are the performances by campaign, channel, or month?
