To connect Twilio to Reportei, you need the Account SID<\/strong> and the Auth Token<\/strong> from your Twilio account, both available in the Twilio Console.<\/p>\n

In the sidebar, open Builder tools > API Key & creds > API Keys & auth tokens<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
Select the Auth tokens<\/strong> tab and in Live credentials<\/strong> copy the Account SID<\/strong> and reveal the Primary auth token.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

Reportei only reads the data. As Twilio keeps message and call records for 13 months, reports from older periods show volume and cost but do not provide delivery details.<\/li>\n
