  1) Find the URL and key in ActiveCampaign<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                In general, the option is under Settings \u2192 Developer. If it doesn\u2019t appear, it may be due to user permissions within the account. Try accessing it with an admin<\/strong> user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Authentication error \/ integration won\u2019t connect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Make sure you copied the URL<\/strong> and key<\/strong> exactly as shown in the \u201cAPI Access\u201d<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Check that there are no extra spaces<\/strong> at the beginning\/end when pasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
