You can view several or all of your projects on one screen and compare the indicators that matter to your work.<\/p>\n\n\n

There is one Overview dashboard for each company account in Reportei.<\/strong> Team members work with the same dashboard structure.<\/p>\n\n\n

The sections below explain how to use its main features.<\/p>\n\n\n

Multiple pages<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n

Create custom pages for different areas of your company\u2014such as content, SEO or paid media\u2014or organize pages by client.<\/p>\n\n\n

This makes it easier to find the information you need. There is currently no limit on the number of pages you can create.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

Select metrics<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n

Choose the metrics you want to monitor across projects from the integrations available in Reportei.<\/p>\n\n\n

Click Add metric<\/strong>, or use the +<\/strong> button that appears when you hover between columns:<\/p>\n\n\n

Add grouped metrics<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n

Grouped metrics combine data into a total. For example, ad spend can include the amounts from all of a client\u2019s connected advertising platforms. The available groups are Ads, Social Media, CRM and Google Business Profile.<\/p>\n\n\n

Click a value in the table to open its detail card. For a grouped metric, you can see the values from the accounts included in the calculation. An alert icon indicates if an account has an error:<\/p>\n\n\n

Real-time data<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n

With this option enabled, Overview checks for updates every 30 seconds. Values typically refresh every one to two minutes, when new data is available.<\/em> The connected platforms\u2019 own reporting delays still apply.<\/p>\n\n\n

To use this option, select one of the three analysis periods that include the current day<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n

• Last 15 days<\/li>\n\n\n
• Last 30 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

  If you select another option or a custom period, a dialog asks you to confirm that real-time updates will be disabled:<\/p>\n\n\n

  Customize the dashboard<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

  Create and name pages, then select their metrics. Start from one of the templates or a blank page.<\/p>\n\n\n

  Arrange the tabs and metrics so the information you need most appears first.<\/p>\n\n\n

  Click Edit pages<\/strong> to see the available options:<\/p>\n\n\n

  Total row<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

  <\/p>\n\n\n

  The total row consolidates each column\u2019s values. It helps you assess combined results and compare indicators without adding the figures manually.<\/p>\n\n\n

  Rate metrics are not summed in the total row, because adding individual rates would not produce a meaningful combined rate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

  Reference values<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

  Set a target or limit<\/strong> for an indicator, then compare the project\u2019s result against it.<\/p>\n\n\n

  Click a value in the table and use the add button in its detail card. Choose whether the reference is a target or a limit, then enter the value.<\/p>\n\n\n

  To change or remove a reference value, use the edit option in the detail card:<\/p>\n\n\n

  View projects by team member<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

  <\/p>\n\n\n

  Account owners and administrators can view Overview as a specific team member. Regular team members do not have this option:<\/p>\n\n\n

  <\/figure>\n\n\n

  The selected view shows only the projects that person can access. This helps managers review a team member\u2019s client portfolio and identify projects that need attention.<\/p>\n\n\n

  To use this effectively, invite each person through Reportei\u2019s team management settings and give them access to the projects they manage.<\/p>\n\n\n

  Which plan includes Overview?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n
