On March 14, 2024, Meta discontinued some of its Facebook metrics due to the migration from the classic Facebook Pages to the new Page experience. <\/strong>This means that the Facebook API will no longer provide data for a set of Facebook Pages metrics (listed below), which will also result in the removal of these metrics from Reportei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How will this affect you? <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since March 21, 2024, discontinued Facebook Page metrics are no longer available in Reportei reports. This means that they no longer appear as an option to be added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are already using any of the discontinued metrics in a template, you will encounter the error message above. We recommend that you update the templates (saving a new one) by removing the metrics that have been removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
