Reporting automation has come to Reportei to help increase your productivity<\/strong> even more. Now, you can configure your reports to be automatically generated<\/strong> and sent to your customer, your team analysts or simply to keep a history of the data and follow up whenever you need it.<\/p>\n

To use it, you must login to your Reportei account and enter your client’s page. There, you will find a box related to automations. Click the “Create First Automation”<\/strong> button to get started:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You can also access the automations from the “My clients” page by clicking on “more options”:<\/div>\n

By clicking on “Automations”, you will be redirected to the area where your automations will be registered and should click on “New Automation”<\/strong>. From that moment on, four creation steps will be followed:<\/p>\n

  1. Set how often your automation will happen<\/strong> (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), time (start, end of day or any other time you prefer) and choose a name to identify it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"First<\/p>\n

    2. Select a template, it can be one of the Reportei or one of your templates:<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Determine which period you want to analyze<\/strong> (previous month, week, or fortnight, for example), social media integrations<\/strong>, and report details<\/strong> (headline and subhead).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Choose how you want to be notified<\/strong> that the report was generated:\u00a0in-app<\/strong>\u00a0(sends a message through the Reportei app),\u00a0email\u00a0<\/strong>(to yourself or someone on your team)\u00a0 or client email<\/strong> (where it is possible add sender, recipient, subject, custom message and who will receive the email reply).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \"Notification<\/p>\n

        After that, click the button\u00a0\u201cFinish and create automation\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to save it to your customer’s account. And finally, click on the “play” button to activate the automation<\/strong>. To check the ones that were created and their specifications, just access the \u201cAutomations\u201d page again.<\/p>\n

        On this page, you will find the defined settings and some possible actions, such as\u00a0pausing an automation\u00a0for a while<\/strong>, generating a report at that moment, editing or deleting.<\/p>\n
