We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your membership, all you need to do:<\/span><\/p>\n

To cancel your Reportei subscription, you must go to the upper right menu, where you have the email \/ name, go to the option “My Plan<\/a>“. At the bottom of the page you will have a button to \u201cCancel account\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you cancel with time left in your billing period, we’ll let you stream until the account cancels automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE: This is the only method to cancel your account and end your membership. Signing out of your account or deleting the Reportei account does not cancel your subscription.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
