To delete your account, go to the top menu and click on the “Privacy”<\/strong> page. On this page there is the option to export your data or “Remove account”, as shown in the image below. But beware: all information and reports will be deleted!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

**If you are a customer it’s important to cancel the subscription before deleting<\/strong>. To cancel go to the upper right menu, on the option “My plan”<\/strong> you will have a cancel button. Please always let us know the reason for the cancellation so that we can resolve any issues you may have had with Reportei.<\/span><\/p>\n
